Three dimensional vectors

I'm stuck with this one, I have no idea how to solve this kind of problem, I really need your help

Hey, find the x and y components of each force.  Then determine whether they are negative or positive.  Add them up to find the resultant x and y components. Pythagorean theroem will give u the magnitude and the angle is inverse tangent y over x.
