Hello everyone,
Hope you all are in great health.

I'm currently doing my last semester in my college.
In order to be fully qualified to obtain my bachelor degree, i have to give a 20 minute seminar or anything which is technical.

I have been given a topic about "Surface plasmon Resonance Instrumentation"

Is there anyone out there familiar with this topic?

I have not study this topic before and i have to self learn. I have some difficulty which i hope you guys would be kind to help out. Thanks.

SPR sensors instrumentation.

I would be talking about the SPR sensors instrumentation which i need to be very detail.

This is just an outline:

Data processing of SPR sensors.

Optical system:
I would be talking about prism couplers.
1. SPR sensors based on prism coupler and Angular modulation
2.SPR sensors based on prism coupler and wavelength modulation
3.SPR sensors based on prism coupler and Light intensity modulation

i just have a rough idea on those three. But what i need to know is specifically how it works, scientifically.
SPR sensor chips.. how does it work exactly..and stuff like that.

i really hope someone would advise me on this. PLease and thank you.
