Unclear energy

Dear colleagues! I want to present to your attention one my theory. I named it "Unclear energy". The theory essence is that - this energy has the following equation:
hV_{k} = m_{e}c^{2}
where h – Plank constant, V_{k} – Compton frequency, m_{e} – electron mass, c – light velocity.
Out of equation it follows that h – energy of mass fraction m_{e}/V_{k} , having velocity c. Energy of fraction repeats per second according to the frequency. Out of the equation it also follows that the electron mass at the speed of light becomes deported by the influence of wave.
    Evidently, energy m_{e}c^{2} is the greatest in the particle out of electron masses. The minimal energy has the value of h.
    Mass m_{e}/V_{k} limits the design super-speed of light c_{x}, calculated out of expression:
m_{e}c^{2 }= (m_{e}/V_{k})c_{x}^{2}
    In the stated approach the classical mc^{2} and mv^{2}/2 are considered identical, as a measure of the rest mass.
