Gravity and a closed universe

Cosmologists do not see what is expected: that the universe ought to be contracting under its own gravity. Instead it is expanding at an increasing rate. Evidently gravity is not doing what we expect it to do.

We might think of the gravity of the universe as a pull that closes it. But the pull is not found. Instead it is seen to be pushed apart.

It is an hyperspere expanding.
