Difficulty with comment key validation

Just a heads up: I had some difficulty when I tried to post a comment on one of hte main articles.  I transcribed the key for validation as best I saw it, but apparently part of the letters were chopped off and I got it wrong.  I managed to get my comment submitted by refreshing the submission window until I got a key for which I was able to guess the chopped-off parts correctly.  Maybe the image that displays the key is too small, so that parts of the letters get chopped off?

Re: Difficulty with comment key validation

I shall fiddle.

Unfortunately, the captcha test is a necessity. Otherwise the blog would get hit with over 100 comment spams a day. The unfortunate consequence of having high Google placement and page rank smile
