for the 3rd question werner's theory is about the measurement of one qty affecting another qty in a closed system of the two quantities occuring simulteneously.
firstly,temp is the only qty involved.secondly the introduction of a therm.doesnt alter the temp of the water.thirdly,the principle is mainly for subatomic particles
