At the forum New Theories my article Cosmology & Cosmogony, and also other my articles of the cycle The Beginnings of Fundamental Mechanics is published.
Big Bang was not.
Cosmological red displacement is a consequence of "ageing" of photons.
"Relic" radiation is quantum noise of vacuum.
