which film???

My physics class was asked this by our teacher as a test to see who knew what...the answeres were relativley funny and proved that there were clearly two sides to my class...the side that new physics ad the side that didnt!!!

If you could could pic one film to watch over and point out all the laws and rules of physics that are deffied (ie shooting a man with a 12 gauge, pump action shotgun and sending him flying but standing perfectly still yourself), which would it be and why?

Re: which film???

They are ALL bad. Hollywood is physics illiterate.

Chemists are physicists who don't do math. smile

Re: which film???

Hum... Yeah, most movies don't have good physics. But we had to do this as our final in Physics AP and we watched Star Wars 4. We had to write at least ten things done right and 10 things done wrong. It was uber easy. smile

Re: which film???

Fantastic 4

Or any superhero movie for that matter.

The real world just isn't exciting enough, and the mainstream moviegoing community is physics illterate as well. Ignorance is bliss.
