Electromotive force

Hi, it would be great if You could help me with this one:
What properties should a membrane have in a concentration element Ag,AgNO3 (0,1M)//AgNO3(0,001M), Ag  (two same material electrodes put in a different concentration electrolites), so that resulting electromotive force is zero?

Re: Electromotive force

P.S.
As I understood from the equation E= Eo1-Eo2+Edif, the diffusion coefficient is the value that compensates the difference between the potentials Eo1 and Eo2. The diffusion takes place in the membrane, so what kind of properties should it have so that resulting standard potential E=0?
