Hey, i need a little help with this task. I am working on problems for the IYPT (International Young Physicists' Tournament)

The problem is:

Ghostly images:
When a photo is taken with a flash, bright "disks" may appear as shown in the picture. Investigate and explain the phenomenon.

So, if you could help me with some advices or with anything else reply me.
