A rotor that turn issue (centrifugal force) particles to the spiral that wraps it, but it returns stable  taking them from environment. 
If it is done it in a sealed container of lead, and if we send 
energy generated in some accumulators, I think that 
generation of electricity decreases, as the environment becomes less particles loaded and then will the rotor stop to turn ?

Un rotore che gira emette particelle (forza centrifuga) intercettate dalla spirale che lo avvolge e dopo ritorna stabile prendendo esse dall'ambiente. 
Se questo è fatto in ambiente di piombo e mandiamo la corrente generata in un accumulatore, la generazione di elettricità diminuirà, man mano che l'ambiente diventa meno carico di particelle e il rotore si fermerà ?
