Energy's Wave function in slow time: Everything jiggles slowly

This is a combination of my two other posts. Time dilation comes together with the jiggle of mass and slows it down. And mass ceases to jiggle when the wave function collapses. Consider also the size of the wave as determined by the energy content of the mass. Because of E=mc squared we must consider the dual vantage point of both mass and energy when either one is to be considered.
