Runaway Truck

Hey ppl i have to do some of my homework online and when i get the answer wrong it doesn't allow me to do it again and it doesn't tell me where i went wrong so i was wondering if any of you can help.

Ok so i have this truck it is traveling at 105 km/hr it then hits a ramp which is at an incline of 31 degrees to the horizontal, the truck has a weight of 13000kg. Now how far will the truck travel, assume gravity is -9.8m/s^2.

I kept getting after 38 metre/s.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers Arlen

Re: Runaway Truck

That depends on how long it is traveling. If you know the truck is traveling at 105 km/hr, then it doesn't much matter that it is on an incline.

The question is very poorly formed.
