weighted projectile with wind resistance

I have the weight of a ball .6kg thrown from an angle of 55 degrees above the horizontal at an initial velocity of 34 m/s.  If we assume a constant (though unrealistic) wind force in the horizontal direction of 4.0N...what is the distance (range) if thrown into the wind?   with the wind?
I understand how to do projectile motion problems with two dimensions and separate x and y axis (horizontal and vertical).  I understand the wind force to be in the horizontal direction and that if the ball is against it then the force should probably be negative and if it's with it, then positive.  But, I just don't understand thoroughly how to solve the problem given the weight and wind resistance.

m=.6kg
v0= 35m/s
theta= 55 degrees
vcos theta is horizontal
vsin theta is vertical

v=h+vt+1/2ayt^2
but no height is given
so (0,0) ?
