Finding total charge -I'm stuck

A circular disk of radius (√2)R in the xy plane is centered at the origin.  Within radius R is uniform surface charge density σ.  From R to (√2)R is uniform charge density -σ.
What is the total charge Q of this configuration?

I'm not sure if Q=0 because of symmetry or if I have to integrate around the surface to find Q.

Please help any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
