Ethics in Science

I was perusing some of the past material on this site, when I came upon an old article discussing the kinematics of a space yo-yo.  I am usually not interested in what I consider "hippie physics" until I noticed a slight irregularity in the moderator's report of the experimental investagation.
While I do not think that it is necessary, in this such imformal setting, to give credit to any collaboration, I do believe that anyone reveiwing Chris' post of 2004/09/30 should notice something amiss.  I could not help but notice his indiscriminant transposition of the pronouns I and WE.  Which one is it?  Did he do all the work himself as he seems to suggest? Or was he simply the monkey-boy doing the bidding of some other unnamed genius?
Hopefully we will all be watching for any other "curious" discrepancies in the future.

Re: Ethics in Science

Actually, I had obtained the services of a monkey-boy, but he turned out to be incompetent.

We never did finish that experiment, did we?

The thread Skrob is talking about is:

Re: Ethics in Science

Chris,
That girl at the bar said you were the monkey-boy!  And she was smart, or at least pretty, which is good enuff credibility for me.
