The Dallas Morning News called me yesterday to see if I could help with their research on NFL punt trajectories. The obvious reason was because A.J. Trapasso hit the Dallas Cowboy’s center-field score board while punting.

A.J. Trapasso hit the Dallas Cowboy’s 90-foot high scoreboard with a punted football during the Tennessee/Dallas pre-season match-up a couple of days ago. Jerry Jones claims that A.J. was trying to hit it, and must have kicked the ball straight up. He’s wrong.

NFL teams are currently battling it out in pre-season games, and college teams are gearing up for the beginning of the season.
